🎈Return and exchange policy:
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of China on this site, the purchase and appreciation period is seven days after the product is ordered from the day you sign for the product.
During the product appreciation period, if the product is worn, damaged or opened due to consumers, no return or exchange will be accepted.
It is recommended to open the package and inspect the product immediately when signing for it. If there is any defect, you can immediately report it to the logistics industry and return the product. We will send the replacement product within 7 days after receiving the return.
🎈Cannot handle the return:
The 7-day hesitation period has passed, and no return can be processed.
If any item in the order to be returned has been opened and used in contact with water, it cannot be returned.
If there is a discrepancy between the returned goods and the order, failure to send all the goods (including gifts) of this order back and properly packaged will affect your return rights.

According to the “Consumer Protection Law”, consumers have the right to a hesitation period of 7 days (the day after receiving the goods is the first day). The hesitation period is not a trial period, and the product needs to be brand new and unused, and the packaging accessories are in a complete state, before a refund can be processed. If the merchandise has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
